Enlarged Heart
An enlarged heart may be a sign that your heart is being forced to work harder. hypertension, stress, leaking heart valves, and sometimes pregnancy can to a compensatory enlargement of the heart.
Non-specific symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue and abnormal heart rhythm are common with an enlarged heart.
Unfortunately, a large heart is prone to abnormal heart rhythm and may cause sudden cardiac death.
